How do I cancel my plan/subscription? (BIE)
To cancel your subscription to the Hextom: Bulk Image Edit app, there are two options::
Either method will cancel the active subscription to the app.
Image edits made during the paid plan will remain intact and cannot be removed or lost; they are permanent.
Depending on the downgrade, you may lose some features (like Scheduling and File Name tasks) and face a reduced image credit limit for editing. However, you should still be able to revert these tasks.
If you decide to return to the paid plan later, you can upgrade within the same billing period without incurring any additional charges.
The app will prompt you to approve the charges, but there should be no duplicate billing.
If you are charged again, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
Downgrade the Plan
- To proceed with this method, access the Plans and Pricing page from the app's sidebar.

Once the page is open, you can view the details of each plan.
From here, you can upgrade or downgrade.
- Click Select below the Starter or Free plan to proceed.
Clicking this will immediately downgrade you to the Free plan.
Uninstall the App
This method will immediately cancel your active subscription.
To uninstall the app, please follow these steps:
- On the dashboard, click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the app.
Clicking on this opens up three action items, one where you can click Uninstall.
A confirmation pop-up will appear.
Clicking the Uninstall button will immediately remove the app and cancel your subscription.
Tip
If you reconsider and reinstall our app again to revert a specific task/edit, the task logs should still be accessible until 15 days after uninstallation.
Afterwards, these task logs are permanently removed from our servers.
